SALON POLICIES
APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS/NO SHOWS
If it is necessary for you to cancel an appointment, we kindly ask that you give us notification of at least 24hrs before your scheduled appointment. This will allow us to give better service to all our clients.
A credit card guarantee is required to book all services. In case of a “No-Show” appointment, 50% of the total cost will be charged. There is no cancellation fee as long as it is 24hrs before the appointment.
PAYMENT
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discovery, American Express, cash and checks. There is a $35 NSF fee charged for all returned checks.
CHILDREN
We value your child’s safety; therefore, we do not permit children who are not receiving a service to be in the main cutting area.
LATE ARRIVALS
Please be advised that we will do our best to service clients who are more than 15 minutes late, although you may need to reschedule your appointment.
CORRECTION/RETURNS
Due to the nature of our products and services, refunds will not be given. Correction on services must be made within 1 week of original service. If a product is not to your liking, it may be exchanged. Jewelry, hair accessories, and gift cards may not be returned.
KERATIN SMOOTHING TREATMENT
Due to the length or time required to perform a Keratin service, a 48hr cancellation notice is required. A $50 deposit will be taken at the time of booking and will be applied to your final bill.
CELL PHONES
We like to maintain a relaxing environment at our salon. Please keep your cell phone calls to a short minimum during your visit.
GIFT CARDS
At Jillian Grace Salon, we offer gift cards in the amounts of $25 - $50 - $75 & $100 to be used towards services or products. This gift card has no expiration date and no service fees. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash. All sales are final and not refundable.
